We undertake continual needs assessment surveys, on-site and measurable impact assessments, and provide continuous reports to you (the donors) on how your money is helping the organzation transform the lives of the rural poor in Sierra Leone

| Skills Training | $50 helps purchase tools (a sewing machine, blacksmithery tools for example) to help skiled mentors teach unemployed, unskilled youth. |
| University Student Grants | $50 will help an outstanding but disadvantaged student to attend university. |
| Rural Health Worker Training | $50 will help train rural health workers (community healthcare nurses, paramedical workers and pharmacists, traditional birth attendants). |
| Microcredit Loan Scheme for Rural Women | $50 to help provide microcredit loans for rural women to engage in various enterprises. |
| Water Well Project | $50 towards helping provide a water well that supplies potable water for entire rural communities. |
| Livestock Program | $50 can help a community start a piggery or a poultry that they can develop. |
